Jacob Freeman is the Director of Engineering and mastermind as to how these homes are actually built and the processes of construction they go through, Jake has over 20 years of experience and schooling which has allowed Jake to be one of the most sought after Civil Engineers in the State of Hawaii for his expertise and professionalism. Rosemary Rojas is a 29-year-old whose journey has taken her from the historic streets of Boston, Massachusetts, to the vibrant and culturally rich islands of Hawaii. Three years ago, she made the life-changing decision to embrace a new chapter, finding purpose and community in her new home.

Before settling in Hawaii, Rosemary served as a Flight Medic in the United States Air Force. Her role in the military was both challenging and rewarding, demanding quick thinking, resilience, and a deep commitment to helping others. This experience shaped her discipline and work ethic, while also instilling a profound appreciation for teamwork and service.

After her military career, Rosemary explored various professional fields, including mental health, hospitals, and clinical research. Each role provided unique insights into the human experience and allowed her to hone her skills in customer service, empathy, and adaptability. She developed a passion for connecting with people and finding ways to uplift those around her, whether through providing care, offering guidance, or simply being a positive presence.

One of Rosemary’s proudest achievements is owning a food truck business. This venture combines her love for food, creativity, and community engagement. It has taught her the importance of perseverance and innovation while allowing her to bring joy to people’s lives with every dish she serves.

Throughout her journey, Rosemary has been driven by a desire to help others. Whether through her professional work or personal interactions, she strives to be a source of encouragement and positivity. Moving to Hawaii deepened this commitment, as she fell in love with the islands’ unique culture and the sense of community that thrives there.
